It takes patience to cook tasty and healthy food. lets cook today everyone's special carrot halwa.



Take 1/2 kg of carrots. If you can get red one then it will be more tasty. Now let's start. Wash the carrots properly. Then clean with knife. Now chop the carrots with chopper.


Then heat the pan and add 2 table spoon of desi ghee, heat it .Then add dry fruits (cashew, almonds, pista )to mild hot ghee. Fry these lightly and take out from pan.


Now add chopped carrots of hot ghee and fry for 1-2 minutes. Then cover with pan cap and put the gas stove on sim. Cook it for 5-10 minutes.


Now mix the sugar as per taste to it and fired dry fruits to it. Now mix it well and move it for two minutes.


Now add full cream 1 litre of milk to mixture. Then mix the dry ginger powder. Mix it well and wait till it starts boiling now put the gas on sim. Keep it on medium flame for 15-20 minutes.


Your carrot halwa is ready.
